Our lab recently acquired a plasmid for CRISPR editing targeting the nuclear pore component NUP153 or the Plasmid #114407. I was wondering if its possible to obtain the oligos for the gRNA as well. Having these would be extremely helpful in saving time and ensuring that were taking the necessary precautions during this step. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Ah, the one from addgene, I don't think it comes with the gRNA oligos pre designed, so you'll probably have to synthesize yourself unless the depositor included the sequences in the documentation or supplemental files. Sometimes they're buried in the publication linked to the plasmid page, but not always.
