A research team has been using prime editing to fix harmful genetic variations in patients with hereditary enzyme deficiencies. The initial results are showing great promise for therapy. Is anyone else keeping an eye on advancements in gene therapy for treating rare diseases?

The progress with prime editing is exciting. I've been following a few studies targeting rare metabolic disorders, it's amazing to actually see gene therapy moving from theory to real patient applications.
