cardio RNAseq data online

I'm trying to look at some cardio RNAseq data online and am running into a wall.

The recommended "quilt" option is way too big to download, I don't have free space of more than 200GB on my drive.
I found some separate .csv files, but for some reason, they don't seem to have the raw gene counts I'm looking for.

I might be looking in the wrong spot, but I'm just wondering... is there a way to view this data directly online without having to download the whole thing?

Any tips would be a huge help. Thanks!

I’ve used CELLxGENE and UCSC Cell Browser for this, they let me explore scRNAseq datasets online and grab smaller subsets with counts and expression values . Way easier than downloading the whole quilt file.

Some portals will let you stream or query the data without downloading the full quilt package, things like GEO, SRA, or UCSC often have browser based viewers or let you pull just the count matrices. If the CSVs you found are summary level, you might need to dig into their processed data section instead of raw.
