using the neon 10µl kit instead of 100µl for rnp transfection in wtcs is it worth it

I've been looking at the standard RNP transfection protocol for WTCs, which usually uses the Neon 100µL kit. I'm thinking about switching to the 10µL kit for smaller volumes. Has anyone had experience with this using dCas9-KRAB cells? Does the transfection efficiency stay good with the smaller kit? Also, are there any reasons I should stick with the 100µL kit that I might not be considering?

I've used the Neon 10µL kit with dCas9-KRAB cells, and efficiency stayed solid for smaller volumes, but just watch out for pipetting precision, smaller volumes can be trickier. The 100µL kit offers more flexibility for scaling up experiments

The 10µL Neon kit works fine for smaller transfections and saves reagents, but some people find the efficiency a bit lower compared to the 100µL kit especially with tricky cells like dCas9-KRAB lines. The 100µL kit is more consistent and lets you use more cells which helps with results. If youree just testing or doing small runs, 10µL is good enoguh, but for reliable editing, the 100µL kit might be better
